please use the help area after you have logging in to Mail-Block.
1. Go to Mail
Block Login. Or type in members.mail-block.com
into your address bar. Then type in your e-mail address
and password to access your account. (Note:
only the parent account can access settings)
2.Member Profile:
This shows you all of your preferences, it also shows your Stored
Email count.
3.Change Password:
Allows you to create / change your password.
4.Mail-Block:
This allows you to activate/deactivate Mail-Block.
5.Safe List:
This allows you to activate/deactivate your safe list. You can
also activate Auto Add.
6. Remove List: You can activate/deactivate
your remove list.
7.Secure Mail: You
can activate / deactivate secure mail.
8.Email List Import:
Provides the needed steps to take to import your current email
lists..
9.Rejected Email:
This shows all Email that has been rejected because of your
Remove List (see below)
10.Stored Email:
This is all of the Email that Mail-Block has held. To remove
an Email, just click in the box in front of the address, then
click Remove. To allow an Email through, just click on the address
(please allow a few minutes to deliver to your account). If
your Auto Add is activated, the sender will automatically be
added to your safe list.
11.Sub Accounts:
This allows you to access Mail-Block for your Sub Accounts.
Simply Left-Click on the address and you can access the Stored
Mail for your sub accounts.
12.Help: If
you are unsure of anything in the Mail-Block Menu, the help
menu has extensive information for all of your options.
