| 1. Click the Start then
click Settings and then the Control Panel

and Dial-up Connections. |

| 3. Double click on Make New Connection. |

| 4. This will open a new window like this,
click Next: |

| 5. Click on Dial-up to the Internet
click Next: |

| 6. Click on I want to setup my Internet
connection manually... click Next: |

| 7. Click on I connect through a
phone-line and a modem click Next: |

| 8. Enter the local phone number
for your area and deselect Use area code and dialing
rules, click Next: |

| 9. Enter your username
followed by "@695online.com" and your password,
click Next: |
 |
| 10. Name your new connection,
click Next: |
 |
| 11. Select No, click Next: |
 |
| 12. Deselect To connect to the Internet
immediately... and click on Finish you are done! |
