1. Click on My Computer, then clcik Dial-Up
Networking. Then clcik Make New Connection.
   
2. Open up Make New Connection.
Type in any name you want for the connection name (ie: 695online),
select your modem, and push next.
3. Type in one phone number from our Access
Number List that you will be utilizing and then
click next, and then click finish.
4. Right mouse click on the New Connection
and click on Properties.
5. With the General tab selected.
Be sure that the Use area code and Dialing Properties
option is not checked.
6. Click on the Networking tab. Be sure
that all options are checked as shown below.
7. Click on the Security tab. Enter User
name followed by domain (ex: username@695online.com),
and your Password.
8. Click on the Dialing tab. Make sure that
your screen matches the screen shot below. If all is well
click OK and you are finished.
